Temaril P (trimeprazine tartrate, prednisolone) tablets are used for their anti-pruritic (reducing itchiness) and anti-tussive (cough suppressing) properties. They have been used in a variety of skin conditions to reduce inflammation and itchiness. They have also been used as primary or adjunctive therapy in tracheobronchitis ("kennel cough") and bronchitis.
